We want you to love your shirt. If something's wrong with it, we'll make it right — no interrogation required.
How we work
Every JAC tee is printed to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That's how we keep the designs weird and the quality high — but it also means we can't restock a returned shirt, so we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size chart before you order (between sizes? size up).
We'll replace it or refund it, free, if:
- We sent the wrong item
- It arrived damaged or defective
- The print is misaligned, cracked, or otherwise not what it should be
- Your order never showed up
How to reach us
Email [Your Support Email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (plus the shipping label if the package arrived damaged).
That's it. Replacement or full refund — your call. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
What we can't cover
- Change of mind, or ordering the wrong size
- An address mistyped at checkout (we can reprint at cost)
- Normal wear, or damage from washing or ironing outside the care instructions
Keep it looking good
Wash cold, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the print. Your shirt will outlive several of your soldering projects.
SHIPPING POLICY
Everything we make is printed just for you, so there's a little wait built in. Here's exactly what to expect — no mystery, no vague "allow 2–6 weeks."
Free shipping over $75
Orders over $75 ship free [within the US]. Everything else is calculated at checkout.
Printing your order — 3–5 business days
Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your shirt gets printed to order in the USA. That takes about 3–5 business days before it heads out the door. During launches, holidays, and the occasional stampede it can run a little longer — we'll tell you if it does.
Getting it to you — 3–7 business days
Once it ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are and the method you chose at checkout. Most orders land within [1–2 weeks] start to finish.
Heads up: your order may arrive in separate packages
Order more than one item and they may be printed at different facilities and show up on different days. Nothing's lost — that's just how printed-to-order works. Each shipment gets its own tracking.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a day or so to start showing movement — that's the carrier catching up, not your shirt sitting still.
Double-check your address
We print and ship exactly where you tell us. If an address is mistyped and the package goes wandering, we can reprint at cost — so give it one more look at checkout.
Secure checkout
All payments run through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
The fine print
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carriers, weather, and the general chaos of the world are outside our control. If your order is genuinely lost or never arrives, email us — see our Refund Policy and we'll make it right.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You spend all day applying heat to metal. Your shirt would like to be excluded from that.
You already know how to look after something made by hand — same principle here. A few small habits and this thing still looks good years from now.
The short version: cold water, inside out, keep it out of high heat.
The details
- Turn it inside out — to wash and to dry. The print rides on the outside; give it something to hide behind.
- Cold water, mild detergent. Hot water and harsh detergent are what fade a print.
- Skip the fabric softener and bleach. Softener coats the fibers and dulls the print. Bleach does what bleach does.
- Easy on the spin cycle. Heavy spin is just abrasion with extra steps.
- Air dry if you can. If you're tumbling it, low heat — and don't dry it with jeans, towels, or anything with a zipper. You wouldn't throw a finished piece in the tumbler with the big steel shot.
- Ironing: inside out, low heat, never directly on the print. Heat is the one thing the ink can't take.
- No dry cleaning.
First wash: a little loose dye may rinse out. Completely normal — wash with like colors the first time and it'll settle right down.
Treat it like a finished piece instead of scrap, and it'll outlive several of your soldering projects.
