FAQ's

Where do you print?

In the USA, one shirt at a time.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your shirt does not exist until you order it.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. US only for now.
We would like to. Doing it properly costs more than flipping a switch, and we would rather not quote you shipping that costs more than the shirt. Join the list, and we will tell you the day that changes.

How long will it take?

About a week to ten days, start to finish.
Printing takes 3 to 5 business days because your shirt gets made when you order it. Shipping adds a few more. Launch weeks run longer, and we will say so.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, by email, the moment it ships.
Tracking can take a day to show movement. That is the carrier catching up, not your shirt sitting still.

What are the shirts made of?

Soft Gildan cotton. Unisex, XS to 5XL.
Pre-shrunk, breathable, relaxed fit. Between sizes, size up. Full measurements are on every product page.

What if it does not fit?

Check the size chart first, because we cannot take it back.
Every shirt is printed for one person, so we can't restock returns. If we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or the print is off, email us within 30 days, and we will replace or refund it. That part is easy.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Different shirts, different printers.
Order more than one, and they may be made at different facilities. Each gets its own tracking. Nothing is lost.

How do I wash it?

Cold water, inside out, low heat.
You spend all day applying heat to metal. The shirt would like to be left out of that.
